• FOB (Free on Board) Shipping Terms: All shipments are made on FOB terms. The Seller will deliver the goods on board the vessel at the port of shipment, and the Buyer assumes responsibility for the goods, including shipping costs and risks, once they are loaded.
• Payment Terms: The Buyer is required to make full payment, including ocean freight, at the time of loading of the cargo. Payment must be completed prior to the issuance of the Bill of Lading.
